I adore creating craft cocktails for my Friday Cocktail Hour posts, especially when I get to use local spirits from great distilleries like Spotted Bear Spirits Gin and The Winter Park Distilling Genius Drive Vodka. Doesn’t a blood orange martini or a grapefruit rosemary gin fizz sound refreshing right about now? So many libations — never enough Fridays.
