Azalea Cocktail
Light and tart- the Azalea cocktail is perfect for Master’s Week.

Ingredients in the Azalea Cocktail:
- lemons
- grenadine
- gin or vodka
- pineapple nectar

What is an Azalea Cocktail?
The Azalea is a simple cocktail of vodka or gin, fresh lemon juice, pineapple juice or nectar, and grenadine. The drink is a nod to the classic pink hue of the azaleas of the legendary Masters golf tournament. I shake it over ice and serve it with a thin slice of lemon. Keep a pitcher of this tart cocktail in your fridge all weekend.
We love watching golf and going to the Bay Hill Invitational, the TPC in Post Vedre and Hunky Hubbie can tell you about every single shot he watched when he went to the Master’s years ago.
Plan a Master’s brunch menu with all the favorites of the fans at Augusta- Pimento Cheese sandwiches, Pecan squares, shrimp and grits, Arnold Palmer’s, and of course, the iconic Azalea Cocktail.
