What are peanut butter balls?
They are a great little bomb of sweetness packed with raw oats, wheat germ, toasted coconut, dark chocolate chips, raisins and walnuts. They stick together by adding peanut butter and honey. So darn good. Keep them in the fridge and they will last for days. These bites are perfect for the busy home when you need a little afternoon pick me up. And best of all, no baking!
You can omit any ingredients that you don’t like, but the coconut is SO good in this recipe- give it a try.

Peanut Butter Balls
Ingredients
- 2 cups UNCOOKED old fashioned oats
- 1 cup shredded coconut- toasted
- 1 cup creamy peanut butter
- ⅓ cup honey
- ½ cup raisins
- ½ cup chopped walnuts
- ½ cup dark chocolate chips
- ½ cup wheat germ or flaxseed meal
- ½ tsp kosher salt
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until thoroughly combined.
- Chill for 10 minutes.
- With a small scooper, scoop the mixture and roll in your hands to create balls.
- Place on a rimmed tray lined with parchment paper.
- Chill for 30 minutes. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
- Bites last up to 1 week in the fridge.
