Grapefruit Martini recipe
Ever try a grapefruit martini? Made with French Pamplemousse liqueur, vodka and a bit of grapefruit, it’s the Vitamin C fix you need for cocktail hour.

Ingredients in a Grapefruit Martini:

- vodka
- ruby red grapefruit- buy from my favorite Florida citrus grove HERE
- simple syrup- infuse with mint leaves
- mint
- ice

My friend, Tim Varan at Tim’s Wine Market, turned me on to Pamplemousse liqueur a few years ago. Being a native Floridian, the idea of a preppy pink grapefruit martini is pure heaven in a glass. Here is my recipe for my version of a Greyhound Martini or Pink Pamplemousse.
