Ingredients in Homemade Irish Cream
- half and half or heavy cream – the decision rests with you and your cardiologist.
- sweetened condensed milk
- Irish Whiskey
- Vanilla Extract
- instant espresso powder
- chocolate syrup

How to Make Homemade Irish Cream:
Combine a can of sweetened condensed milk, cream or half and half, a bit of espresso powder, chocolate syrup, vanilla and Irish whiskey in your stand mixer, mix on low speed, pour into an airtight bottle and chill. Done.

You could substitute coconut milk for the half and half and perhaps a dairy free sweetened condensed milk like Let’s Do Organic.
That is a tough one. I have not tried to reduce the sugar.

Ingredients
- 2 cups half & half or heavy cream
- 1 can sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup Irish Whiskey
- 1 tsp pure vanilla extract
- 1 tsp instant espresso powder
- 1 TBSP chocolate syrup- I used Hersey’s
Instructions
- Mix all the ingredients in the bowl of a stand mixer or large bowl. Mix on low speed until the ingredients are thoroughly combined.
- Pour into an airtight container and store in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake the mixture well before serving.
