Boozy Celtic Coffee

Hunky Hubbie and I LOVE Bailey’s on ice after dinner. It is my favorite dessert. I rather have a dram of Bailey’s than almost any dessert other than Key Lime Pie. This summer I wanted to create a little after dinner dessert cocktail that had a touch of coffee, a liqueur, whipped cream for froth and was not too heavy or too sweet.

Hence- Boozy Celtic Coffee.

It’s not your typical “iced” Irish coffee because thre is no whiskey, but rather Bailey’s and Kalhua. So- I named it “Celtic Coffee” just honor the heritage of the Emerald Isle.

This is the perfect cocktail for when it’s just beginning to feel like fall, but it’s not really cold. Enjoy this after dinner, while watching the game, or just on the porch with a good book.

Sláinte Mhath!
