This tangy and sweet dressing is the only condiment you’ll need in your fridge this year.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup 1 extra virgin olive oil

  • 1/2 cup 1/2 apple cider vinegar

  • 2 TBSP 2 Dijon mustard

  • 3-4 TBSP 3-4 honey

  • 3 cloves 3 garlic, peeled

  • 1 tsp 1 kosher salt

  • 1/2 tsp 1/2 pepper

  • 1 tsp 1 smoked paprika

Directions

  • Place all ingredients in a blender. Pulse for 20-30 seconds until thick and creamy. Sample a taste. Adjust for sweetness or more tartness to your preference. Pour in an air tight container and chill until needed.
  • Will keep in the fridge for up to 2 weeks. Shake well before using.

Notes

  • I used raw honey for this dressing. Great for allergy season. Shop for local honey at farmers market or organic grocery store in your area.
  • Use only fresh garlic. Garlic powder or garlic salt will not convey the flavor you want in this dressing.
  • Store in an air tight jar- like a mason jar. Shake well before each use.

Have you heard? Pine and Palm Kitchen now has Organic Vinegars for sale.

I have started a new company with some gorgeous bottled vinegars, vanilla extracts and more. You can find all my product line at the Whitefish Farmer’s Market this summer. We hope to be in a commercial kitchen and shipping directly to you soon.

Currently, our apple cider vinegars are- Fuji, Honey Crisp and Pacific Rose. All hand pressed and hand processed. The vinegars are unpasteurized so they have lots of little bacterias that are great for your gut health. We record the PH level right on the label of every batch we produce.
