Tickled Pink: Unleashing the Magic of the Posh, Pink Lady Cocktail

A little bit of gin glamour in a classic little glass. Add luscious frothy egg white and you have one posh cocktail.

She’s frothy, flirty and fun! The Pink Lady- just like your grandmother used to drink at the Club with her bridge group.

The glamourous cocktail is so much fun to have on your dressing table before you head out for a night on the town ( remember when we could do that). Mix grenadine, gin, lemon juice and cracked ice in a cocktail shaker. Mix vigorously until the shaker is frosted over. Then pour in pastuerized egg whites. Shake some more. Top with the tackiest maraschino cherry you can find. But Luxardo or Amerena Wild Cherries would elevate this cocktail quite a bit. Grandmother would think that’s too fussy.

Put on your pearls, sit back with an F. Scott Fitzgerland novel and enjoy this very lady like cocktail . Cheers!
