Ingredients

  • 1 scoop whey collagen protein
  • ¼ cup heavy cream or full-fat half u0026 half
  • 1 tbsp unsalted, extra creamy* or organic butter
  • half a dropper of vanilla creme Stevia
  • pinch Himalayan pink salt
  • 8 oz hot, strong coffee

  • tsp cinnamon
  • ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

Instructions

  • In a microwave-proof cup or container, heat coffee, half and half in the microwave for 20-30 seconds.
  • In a blender, combine all ingredients. Whip until frothy- about 10 seconds. Serve immediately.
