Mix all the ingredients in a large bowl and stir well until thoroughly combined.
Chill for 10 minutes.
With a small scooper, scoop the mixture and roll in your hands to create balls.
Place on a rimmed tray lined with parchment paper.
Chill for 30 minutes. Store in the fridge in an airtight container.
Bites last up to 1 week in the fridge.
