Pre heat oven to 400 degrees.
Cook pasta according to directions set aside and keep warm
Place the tomatoes and whole garlic cloves in a baking dish. Sprinkle with 1/4 tsp of red pepper, 1/2 tsp Herbs de Provence and drizzle with 1/4 cup of olive oil to coat. Place block of feta in the center and sprinkle with remaining red pepper flakes, herbs and another 2 TBSP of oil. Bake at 400 degrees for 45 minutes or until the tomatoes are charred and blistered.
Remove the baking dish from the oven. Remove the stems from the tomatoes. With a spoon, stir the feta, tomatoes, smash the now jammy garlic and herbs together until creamy. Stir in the pasta to coat. Toss with fresh herbs and garnish with basil and another drizzle of olive oil. Add salt and ground black peper if desired.
Serve hot.
