Pre heat oven to 425 degrees. Line a rimmed baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, combine oilve oil, all spices and honey. Whisk well to combine. Add the veggies to the bowl and stir to completely coat the vegetables.
Place vegetables on the prepared pan and roast for 25-30 minutes or until the edges of the squash are golden brown. Do not burn.
Serve hot.
