Ingredients

  • 2-10 oz bags frozen spinach thawed u0026 drained
  • 1 envelope Knorr Vegetable Recipe Mix found on the soup aisle
  • 1 cup mayonnaise
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup plain full fat Greek yogurt
  • 2 TBSP heaping fresh horseradish
  • ¼ cup finely chopped green onions
  • 8 oz can water chestnuts drained u0026 chopped fine
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • ½ tsp cayenne pepper or more to taste
  • ½ tsp kosher salt
  • smoked paprika
  • tortilla chips for serving

Instructions

  • Squeeze all of the water from the spinach through a fine mesh sieve. Set spinach into a large mixing bowl. u0022Fluffu0022 the spinach with a fork.
  • Add in the Knorr seasonings, green onions, horseradish, water chestnuts and remaining ingredients through salt.
  • Stir everything well until completely incorporated. Cover and chill for 2 hours or up to overnight.
  • Sprinkle with a few dashes of smoked paprika and garnish with flat leaf parsley or green onion tips. Serve with tortilla chips.
  • Store any leftover dip, covered, in the fridge up to 3 days. The dairy products will begin to breakdown so stir to re-incorporate before serving.
