Squeeze all of the water from the spinach through a fine mesh sieve. Set spinach into a large mixing bowl. u0022Fluffu0022 the spinach with a fork.
Add in the Knorr seasonings, green onions, horseradish, water chestnuts and remaining ingredients through salt.
Stir everything well until completely incorporated. Cover and chill for 2 hours or up to overnight.
Sprinkle with a few dashes of smoked paprika and garnish with flat leaf parsley or green onion tips. Serve with tortilla chips.
Store any leftover dip, covered, in the fridge up to 3 days. The dairy products will begin to breakdown so stir to re-incorporate before serving.
