fresh lemon juice

simple syrup
grenadine syrup

pasteurized egg whites
cherry or lemon peel for garnish
ice
Instructions
To a cocktail shaker filled halfway with ice, add the whiskey, dash of grenadine (for color) lemon juice, simple syrup and egg white in that order.
Shake vigorously until shaker is frosted over.
Strain and pour into a coupe glass or whiskey glass filled with ice. Foamy egg whites will spill out last. Garnish with cherry or lemon peels.
