Pour olive oil in a zip top bag. Add in the spices and herbs and shake well to blend
Add the sleeves of saltine crackers to the olive oil. Seal well
Gently rotate the crackers in the bag every 30 minutes for about 2 hours. You can leave the saltines to marinate overnight.
Pre heat oven to 250 degrees.
Remove the crackers from the bag and lay out in a single layer on a rimmed baking sheet.
Bake the crackers until golden brown for 15 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool.
Serve the crackers in a paper napkin lined basket.
