Big Mac Tacos

Ingredients

  • 1 lb extra lean ground beef
  • 1 package Flour tortillas
  • 1 large tomato sliced
  • ¼ cup Dill pickles
  • 1 cup Shredded iceberg lettuce
  • 8 unit Colby Jack Cheese slices

For the Sauce

  • ½ cup mayonnaise
  • ¼ cup sweet pickle relish
  • 2 TBSP mustard
  • ¼ cup chopped onion
  • 1 tsp white vinegar
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • ¼ tsp pepper

Instructions

  • Combine all the sauce ingredients and chill.
  • Roll beef into 7-8 small balls.
  • In between two layers of parchment ,roll out the beef into a thin layer. Transfer the beef onto the tortillas, Leave about 1” border around the edge of the tortilla.
  • In a hot non stick or cast iron skillet, cook the beef u0026 tortillas- beef side down for about 1 minute or until the edges are crispy. Flip and place cheese slices on top of the beef. Cover and cook for 10 seconds until cheese melts. Repeat with each tortilla. Wipe the skillet clean with paper towels in between each batch.
  • Fill tortillas with lettuce, pickles, tomatoes and the sauce. Serve immediately.
