FOR TACOS: I add 2 TBSP of the mix to 1 lb of ground beef or turkey. Brown well and drain fat. Then add to the skillet- 2 TBSP of tomato paste, 1 can of tomatoes with chilies, 1 cup of water, 1 cup chopped onions.
FOR FAJITAS: marinate chicken or steak in 1/2 cup vegetable oil, juice of 1 lime, zest of one lime, 2 garlic cloves chopped and 1 TBSP of the seasoning mix. Grill until cooked through and serve over warm tortillas and grilled vegetables.
