Pre-heat oven to 425 degrees.
In a small bowl, combine the seasonings (salt, cumin and garlic powder) and set aside. With kitchen shears or a sharp knife, slice the pita bread into triangles. Spread out half the sliced pita bread onto a rimmed baking sheet.
Generously coat the triangles with the olive oil spray. If you do not have olive oil spray, you can brush on olive oil with a pastry brush.
Liberally sprinkle the seasonings over the olive oil coated bread.
Bake at 425 degrees on the middle rack of the oven for 18-20 minutes until golden brown and crisp. Set aside to cool.
Repeat with remaining bread.
Chips stay fresh in an air tight container at room temperature for up to 7-8 days.
