For the Rosemary infused simple syrup:
- 1 cup water
- 1 cup sugar
- 2-3 sprigs of fresh rosemary
For the Cocktail:
- 2 oz Rosemary infused simple syrup
- 2 oz gin
- 1 oz Pamplemousse Liqueur
- 1 oz Grand Marnier
- 1 cup fresh grapefruit juice
- Juice of 1 lime- about 1 oz
Garnish- Grapefruit peel and rosemary sprigs
Sparkling water- Pellagrino is what I used. Grapefruit flavored La Criox or Topo Chico would be fantastic.
